Bright Builders ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a committed BCBA to join our clinician-focused team and help deliver compassionate, high-quality ABA services. You will lead assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Reliable transportation.
