ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team in Enfield, CT. We are an empowering, parent-founded organization dedicated to outcome-driven, evidence-based ABA practices and ongoing professional development for staff.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and partner with families across in-center, in-home, and community settings. This role offers flexible schedules, a hybrid work environment, and generous professional

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $80 - $130/hr.
• Full-Time or Part-Time Available
• Location: Enfield, CT

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
