Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Cary, NC. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification, NC LBA licensure, and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with experience in early learning curricula and insurance-funded protocols. Strong leadership and a genuine passion for making a difference are essential.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum scope & sequence.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and conveying ABA importance.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 per annum
• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: Cary, NC

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
