Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in East Moline, IL seeks a BCBA to lead individualized programming emphasizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will design and supervise behavioral plans within a neuroaffirming, assent-based framework, with mentorship and ongoing training opportunities.

The role offers a realistic caseload, no nights or weekends, flexible schedules including work-from-home days, and a quarterly bonus program. COMPANION CE/time and licensure support provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years ABA experience with diverse ages.
• Strong communication skills in all responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of plans.
• Provide support to families, explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Your Key Tasks

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
• Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.

Salary Description

Up to $90,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities
