Job summary

Children Making Strides, a leading ABA agency, seeks a BCaBA to join the team and lead assessments, treatment planning, and supervision of therapy programs for children with developmental challenges.

Under supervision, you will train technicians, monitor data, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with parents and professionals to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
  • Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
  • Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
Under the Supervision of a BCBA
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
