Job summary

LifeWorks Schools in the United States is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our LifeWorks School System. The role involves designing, implementing and evaluating education and behavioral programs for students in middle and high school with social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges.

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in school or mental health setting preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related Human Service field required.

Responsibilities

The LifeWorks Schools are currently hiring for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our LifeWorks School System.

Responsibilities Include
  • Design, implement and support education and behavioral programs.
  • Participate in the assessment and data analysis of behavioral programs.
  • Assist with intervention and therapeutic program evaluations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge base of community resources for population served.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge base of age specific interventions for populations served.
  • Participates in department and facility Performance Improvement activities.
  • In addition to direct work with children, families and school representatives, this position requires report writing, attending meetings, staff meetings and regular communication with management.

The LifeWorks Schools are licensed specialty therapeutic day schools for students in middle and high school effected by social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges.
