Job summary

LifeWorks Schools in the United States is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our school system. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available.

The BCBA will design, implement and evaluate educational and behavioral programs, conduct data analysis, and collaborate with families and school staff to optimize student outcomes. The LifeWorks Schools are currently hiring for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our LifeWorks School System.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement and support education and behavioral programs.
  • Participate in the assessment and data analysis of behavioral programs.
  • Assist with intervention and therapeutic program evaluations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge base of community resources for population served.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge base of age specific interventions for populations served.
  • Participates in department and facility Performance Improvement activities.
  • In addition to direct work with children, families and school representatives, this position requires report writing, attending meetings, staff meetings and regular communication with management.
