Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver exceptional clinical care while our operations team handles scheduling and insurance authorizations. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy within a supportive, clinician-led environment.

You will supervise RBTs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, train families, monitor progress, and ensure BACB standards are met.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB
• Minimum of 2 years BCBA experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Current residence in Colorado

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $80–$90 per hour, based on experience
