Job summary

Budding Futures ABA in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA therapy for families across Colorado. The role focuses on parent training and integrating progress into daily life, not just clinic sessions.

You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized plans, and coach caregivers to ensure lasting improvements. In-home visits and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home services
• Train and coach parents/caregivers as part of the treatment plan

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 - $118,000, based on experience
