Job summary

Divine Steps ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight for behavioral services. As a member of the management team, you will lead and mentor others in a supportive environment dedicated to quality over quantity.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification and LBA in North Carolina, credentialed with Medicaid.
• Thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload and help expand in the region.
• Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise treatment plans.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing program oversight and supervision of RBTs.

JOB TITLE:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

We're currently expanding our ABA company to North Carolina and we are looking for a talented BCBA to join our team and grow with us.

Job Types:Full-time

Full Time Pay$100,000 Salary + (Bonus structure)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a caseload and help expand in the region
• Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan.
• Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
• Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.

Qualifications and Skills

• BCBA Certification and LBA in the state of North Carolina, and already credentialed with Medicaid
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
