Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide coaching and training to parent‑child interaction therapists (PCITs) and other staff members to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide consultation and support to parents and caregivers
  • Analyze data and measure progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
