Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA, NC LBA licensure, and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. We offer flexible schedules, hybrid work, professional development, and generous benefits aligned with full-time effort.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure required.
  • Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience with early learning curricula, functional assessments, and ABA programs.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and delivering parent training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct functional and skill-based assessments.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
  • Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule
  • Pay Range: $50,000 - $110,000 per annum
  • Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
  • Location: Ballantyne (Charlotte), NC
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Current NC LBA licensure required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
  • Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
  • Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
  • Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
  • Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
  • Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
