Job summary

Headrise AVA seeks a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism in Burlington, NJ. Part-time, in person/remote/hybrid options are available.

You will conduct assessments, design ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, track progress with data, and train families. Salary is $75–$100 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• LBA license in New Jersey is preferred and will become required soon.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities
