Job summary

Headrise AVA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey for a part-time role. You will conduct assessments, create ABA treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

The position offers part-time hours with in-person/remote/hybrid options and a market-rate of $75–$100 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Experience with autism is preferred and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license in New Jersey preferred and may become required.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
