Job summary

Headrise AVA in New Jersey seeks a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. Earn $75–$100 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus while supervising Behavior Technicians and supporting families.

Part-time opportunities with in-person, remote, and hybrid scheduling are available to support work-life balance. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, track progress, and train families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license issued by the State of New Jersey preferred (will be required in the near future).
• Previous experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
