Job summary

Southeast Psych Nashville is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct ABA services across home, school, and community settings in Brentwood, TN. The role includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supporting skill development.

Collaboration with families and multidisciplinary providers is essential. The position is part-time with opportunities to grow to full-time.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Tennessee Behavior Analyst and BCBA.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Special Education, or related human services field.
  • Successful completion of internship or formal training in behavior analysis and instruction for clients with developmental disorders.
  • Experience developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans and skill acquisition programs (DTT/naturalistic ABA).
  • Ability to work with diverse clients across age/functionality with minimal direction.
  • Participation in ongoing in-house training and professional development.
  • Bringing an existing patient caseload is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on marketing and outreach to drive program awareness.
  • Establish workflows and service procedures in collaboration with leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Education

Compensation: 56% Commission Split of an average hourly rate of $195 per hour; paid bi-weekly less applicable withholdings and deductions)

Employment Type: W-2 Employee, Part-Time (with opportunities to increase to Full-Time)

Schedule: Flexible; hours vary based on caseload development

Role Summary

Southeast Psych is seeking a motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct, evidence-based services across home, school, and community settings, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supporting skill development. This role collaborates with families and multidisciplinary providers, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures high-quality, compliant care.

The BCBA will also support the growth of Southeast Psych’s ABA service line by building referral relationships, assisting with outreach and program development, and collaborating with leadership to establish scalable services and workflows.

Behavior Analyst Responsibilities
  • Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, and community settings

Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Tennessee and Board Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field
  • Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instruction strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with client.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans and skill acquisition programs (including DTT and naturalistic ABA approaches) for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors across the age groups.
  • Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction.
  • Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development.
  • Bringing an existing patient caseload preferred.
