Job summary

Bright Builders ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a motivated BCBA to join our clinician-focused team. Hybrid remote work is available, with a strong emphasis on flexible scheduling and supportive supervision.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and professionals to monitor progress and adjust programs as needed. We value ethical practice and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field.
  • MD Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing required.
