Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The role involves delivering evidenced-based ABA therapy, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training in home-based or clinic settings in Utah.

You will work within a compassionate, family-centered environment and have access to mentoring from experienced BCBAs. Qualifications include a master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field and AZ licensure (or ability to

• AZ licensure (or ability to obtain) is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams.

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Responsibilities:
