Job summary

Solara Autism Services in Groton, CT is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children and families. You’ll assess, design and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach caregivers while working with a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure or ability to obtain.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Groton area.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists.
  • Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout the Groton, Connecticut area.


This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You'll work directly with children and families in their homes, providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.


Position Details


  • Position: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Location: Groton, Connecticut and surrounding communities

  • Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Hours

  • Setting: In-Home ABA Services

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
