Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized BIPs.

• Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development across environments.
• Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.

Bond Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.
