Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services, supervise paraprofessionals, and assess client progress. The role emphasizes high-quality clinical judgment and collaborative care with families.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification with an LBA in MD.
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance and remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
