W3Global is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services across Westminster, Aurora and Commerce City. The role offers a flexible hybrid work model with a manageable caseload and competitive hourly compensation.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide caregiver training, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to support meaningful progress for the children served.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet state and payer requirements prior to starting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Position Overview

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), provide parent/caregiver training, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to support meaningful progress for the children served.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to RBTs.
• Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration.

• Ensure clinical quality, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support effective service delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with families, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
