Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical care while our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, and paperwork. You’ll operate within a supportive clinician-led environment that values your professional judgement and offers a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years BCBA experience.
• Current residence in Colorado.
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Provide parent training and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80–$90 per hour, based on experience
