Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. You will focus on delivering exceptional clinical care while we handle scheduling, authorizations, and administrative tasks to support work-life balance.

• NJ LBA required.
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Current residence in the State of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Provide parent training and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards.
