ABA Centers of America is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Foxborough, MA area. Starting rate ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, with a relocation package up to $15,000.

The organization emphasizes smaller caseloads, AI-driven efficiency, and long-term growth within a supportive clinical framework. The role involves designing and supervising skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, overseeing RBTs and caregivers, and conducting functional assessments.

Formación

  • Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Requirements
