Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor to lead clinical programming in Athens, GA and surrounding areas. The role supports a small caseload with full administrative backing for scheduling, authorizations, and intake, plus structured guidance for treatment planning and QA.

The position offers a flexible hybrid model with in-person hours and opportunities to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• GA Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing.
• Experience supervising ABA therapy services and RBTs is preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.

Requirements
