Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy in Atlanta is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs across home, school and community settings. This hybrid role combines telehealth and in-person service with flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time work.

You will mentor Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees, collaborate with a clinical team, and use Kyo’s data systems to drive ethical, evidence-based interventions. A Master’s degree and active BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability to support clients 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and engage in play-based therapies.

Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available

Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

$15,000 Relocation Bonus Available

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs
• Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies.
