Full-Time BCBA Benefits

• Industry‑leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)

• Generous Sign‑On Bonus - Based on start date and location

• Student loan repayment (A new incentive!) - earn up to $437 per month toward your loans!

• 3 week Paid Sabbatical! Three weeks fully paid after 36 months, 100% separate from and in addition to your PTO
