Job summary

Autism & Behavioral Consulting Services (ABCS) in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-only ABA program serving young learners. This role focuses on assessments, treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families in a single professional location.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–4:30 PM), a competitive hourly rate of $50–$100, ACQ accredited clinic status, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO,

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification.
• Nevada Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility).
• Completion of BACB-required 8-hour Supervision Training.
• ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Analyze client progress and adjust programming.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain clinical documentation.
• Help children build communication, independence, and life skills.
