Job summary

Allies Autism Services is a locally owned, clinician-led ABA provider serving families throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We’re seeking a BCBA who wants to deliver high-quality care with manageable productivity expectations.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze client progress, train caregivers, and collaborate with families. We offer base salary $85,000–$115,000, bonuses up to $26,000, 20 billable hours per week, 20 days PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Nevada LBA or ability to obtain must be satisfied
