Job summary

Trellis Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer both part-time and full-time roles, with a 10k sign-on bonus and access to LEARN Behavioral resources and support from multiple specialty teams.

As a BCBA, you will lead clinical teams, mentor staff, and partner with families to deliver person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and licensure or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and treatment planning skills.
  • Ability to write clear clinical reports and provide supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for clinicians and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct parent/caregiver trainings and collaborate with families.
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
  • Implement and monitor assent-based, person-centered treatment plans.

    Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients

  • Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority

  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures
  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment
