Job summary

Trellis Services, part of LEARN Behavioral, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Parkville, MD to provide high‑quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will lead individualized programs, collaborate with families, and supervise behavior technicians.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher required for BCBA roles.
  • BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the near term is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.

As a Behavior Analyst at Trellis, you’ll not only have access to experienced local clinical leadership and support, but you’ll also be part of LEARN Behavioral—a collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast-to-coast.
