Job summary

Trellis Services, part of LEARN Behavioral, is seeking board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer part-time and full-time roles with a $10k sign-on bonus and collaborative support across coast-to-coast teams.

Join a network of 500+ BCBAs, structured supervision, ongoing professional development, and a strong commitment to assent-based, person-centered care for families and schools.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).

  • Bonus if you have an interest in research (functional analysis, verbal behavior, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
  • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance.
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.

What You Have
