Job summary

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is an ABA agency expanding to serve children with ASD and families. We seek Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are dually licensed as Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) and who will work as Independent Contractors (1099).

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise BCBA-Candidates and Technicians, and implement evidence-based strategies in home and community settings, while ensuring high standards of care and services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst License.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential.
• In Person position with potential for hybrid.
• Provide direct 1:1 services and Parent Counseling and Training with clients in home.
• Malpractice Insurance.
• Experience conducting assessments such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.
• Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals with challenging behavior.
• Experience developing and implementing skill acquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of DTT programming and implementation.
• Knowledge of naturalistic ABA programming and implementation.
• Multilingual is a plus!
• Dedicated to building your own team of Behavior Technicians to mentor toward success on their cases.

Job Description:

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ABC Services you will...

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs)

• Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Supervise, evaluate, & mentor, BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians

• Implement effective strategies for our clients in home and community settings

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families that are ethically aligned with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

• Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT)

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with various other personnel including teachers, other school providers, etc.

• Conduct initial and reassessments, functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans

• Monitor progress and evaluate program data, modify programs based on data analysis, and report on progress/regression using RETHINK

• Provide support to families, behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective, multi-tiered stakeholder communication

• Ensure high standard of care and services

Requirements of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst License

• Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential

• In Person position/potential for hybrid

• Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development

• Multilingual is a plus!
