Description

AOT, Inc., the leading provider of pediatric, school-based services throughout Pennsylvania, seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to work full-time with school-age students for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year in the Warminster, Bucks County, PA area. *Experienced Licensed Behavior Specialists will be considered.

Qualifications

BCBA Essential Functions

  • Supervises and develops Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs in accordance with Company policies and procedures, BACB guidelines, and state laws and regulations.
  • Supervises technicians/ABA therapists implementing behavior treatment programs.
  • Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and develops Positive Behavior Support plans compliant with guidance from the contracting agency.
  • Provides leadership and guidance in the implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans with fidelity.
  • Trains teachers and classroom staffon implementing individual and classroom-wide strategies and interventions.
  • Supports parent training as a part of the team to facilitate the use of appropriate and supportive ABA strategies within home and community settings.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, AND
2. Must have certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited.
3. Minimum of 2 years of ABA or behavioral field experience with at least 1-year experience as a Behavior Analyst or Specialist.
4. All Company required staff file requirements, including all required clearances
