What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement individualized client programming with integrity and ethical standards
- Deliver direct supervision to behavior technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
- Regularly review session data with staff and families, modifying treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct team meetings and consultations with families regarding treatment and behavior modification concerns
- Collaborate with a clinical manager for administrative support and caseload management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and ethical regulations
- Proficiency in technology, including Office 365 and ABA software platforms
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 50 lbs.
