As we expand our presence in the Richmond area, we are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to fill full-time and part-time positions. Our ideal candidate will be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with flexible hours that work around you and your client's schedules.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with New Patterns ABA VA, you will have the opportunity to serve clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses
Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary
Providing training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies
Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach
Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Competitive pay ranging from $90 - $120 per hour or $90,000 - $130,000 per year commensurate with experience
