Overview

In-Home Pediatric ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - VERY PART TIME TO START

Powerback Pediatrics is expanding our in-home footprint into Vermont! The Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees the clinical aspects of their clients' care. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including the activities performed by Behavior Technicians.
  • Conducts initial and six (6) month assessments and recommends plans which drive outcomes aligned with clients' goals.
  • Provides supervision Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
  • Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month.
  • Develops child specific Behavior Treatment plans.
  • Ensures all licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for both themselves and their Behavior Technicians.
  • Returns required documentation in a timely fashion (as outlined in company policy) to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements.
  • Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation to ensure accurate representation of services performed and quality service documentation.
  • Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint and coaches and guides improvements.
  • Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met.
  • The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited university which meets BACB guidelines.
  • BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level (Market Specific) requirements are met.
  • 1+ Year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete the course within the first 60 days.
Posted Salary Range

USD $65.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.
