Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bilingual: Spanish speaking) in Texas (BCBA--Remote)

Join our team at Hidden Talents ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bilingual: Spanish speaking) in Texas. We are seeking dedicated clinicians to provide assessment, develop, and maintain behavior-analytic treatment programs, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families. This is a remote position open to licensed candidates in Texas, with reimbursement for those not yet licensed. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
  2. Maintain behavior intervention plans and treatment documentation.
  3. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and treatment teams.
  4. Complete clinical reports adhering to standards.
  5. Train and educate caregivers about ABA treatment.
  6. Participate in monthly BCBA forums to ensure best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Experience in developing and implementing behavior-analytic programs.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Part-time hourly rate: $65 - $75 per hour.
