Job summary

All Care Therapies is expanding its telehealth practice and seeks a part-time BCBA to design, implement, and evaluate ABA therapy programs remotely. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise RBTs from a distance.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized plans, and ensure compliant clinical documentation while engaging families in treatment planning and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years ABA clinical experience including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools such as FBA, VB-MAPP, or ABLLS-R.
• Experience with EHR and data collection platforms.
