Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Fridley, MN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, in-person role works in a high school setting providing BCBA services and collaborating with school teams.

You will develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans, participate in IEP meetings, and partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills, while maintaining timely documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA license in Minnesota.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.
