Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a dedicated, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our partner's full-time team in the Allentown, PA area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the BCBA:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health and planning services to the community
• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and other clinical staff to help them with treatment planning, while also maintaining and individual caseload

Key Requirements for the BCBA:

• Experience as a BCBA (all populations and backgrounds open to apply, but this role will serve mainly adolescents with a mix of adults)
• Must have current BCBA certification
• Experience or interest in working in a 1:1 clinical setting and supervision role
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare clear, concise reports

Compensation and Schedule for the BCBA:

• Target rate is $40-$45/hr, but can be slightly flexible dependent on experience
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week
