Suzanne Snell Human Resources & Recruiting in Paducah, KY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and evidence-based behavioral support. Develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and help families achieve meaningful progress.

The role focuses on supervision of RBTs, staff training, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with a sign-on bonus and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Current BCBA or BCaBA certification.
  • Valid Kentucky driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral treatment plans.
  • Conduct clinical assessments using VB-MAPP, AFLS, and EFL.
  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support staff development.
  • Train staff and families on ABA techniques and behavior intervention plans.
  • Develop parent-training goals and participate in family training.
  • Monitor progress, establish measurable goals, and maintain clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Mentor individuals pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification.

Our client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and evidence-based behavioral support. What You'll Do
