Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding Oklahoma team. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to enhance client outcomes.

We offer competitive compensation of $90,000–$100,000 per year or $85–$90 per hour, flexible hybrid and remote work arrangements, and opportunities across Oklahoma.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification is required.
  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and staff.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards.

Position Overview
