What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise BTs/RBTs and support families with caregiver training
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers and other BCBAs to improve outcomes

Requirements

• Active BCaBA and LBA
• Experience working with individuals with autism
• Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work full-time (40 hours/week), including flexibility for schedule changes to meet patient and staff needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ABA data collection software preferred
• Ability to successfully complete and pass background and reference checks, and a drug screen
