Job summary

Career Based Solutions, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

This full-time role offers 30 hours/week or part-time options, flexible shifts, and a pay range of $70–$90 per hour, along with generous PTO, professional development stipends, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
