Clarvida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve families in our Autism Services Program in New Bern, NC. This full-time role combines clinical excellence with collaborative teamwork and ongoing professional development.

You will lead individualized treatment plans, coordinate with the clinical team, and maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement while enjoying comprehensive benefits and support from a values-driven community.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related Human Services field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willing to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide individualized treatment planning with clients and their support systems.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.

• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor
