• BCBA certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina (or willing to obtain licensure)
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one

With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8–10 clients, you’ll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support.
