Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a licensed Behavior Analyst in Raleigh, NC to support individuals in our Autism Services Program. You will collaborate with clients, families, and a clinical team to design and implement individualized treatment plans while maintaining a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related Human Services field with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
• BCBA certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willingness to obtain licensure
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one
