Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead a clinic-based team delivering pediatric ABA services. The role emphasizes individualized treatment planning and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.

You'll manage 8–12 patients, mentor technicians, and coach families in ABA strategies, with potential equity partnership opportunities within Ivy Rehab for Kids providers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising behavior technicians to implement treatment plans.
• Ability to design skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience coordinating care with other therapists.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8–12 patients and partner with leadership to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach technicians to implement each patient’s plan.
• Empower parents to learn ABA principles for behavior change outside sessions.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with SLP/OT/PT providers.

State of Location: Ohio Position Summary: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Ivy ABA, you will help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using the therapy that is most effective for autism. Our goal is to work on what's most important to the child and their support system by creating an individualized, treatment program tailored to their needs. Whether it's working on communication, social skills, aggression, non-compliance, self-help skills, play, academics, or fine and gross motor skills, we always address the specific concerns for each patient. Job Highlights

• Base Salary commensurate with experience
• Lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting with predictable schedules
• Provide ABA services within an interdisciplinary care model comprised of behavior technicians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, partnering with your Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive great outcomes for our young learners.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s individual treatment plan.
• Coach and empower parents and caregivers to learn ABA-based principles and interventions to drive meaningful behavior change outside of session.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients who receive speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and/or physical therapy from Ivy Rehab For Kids providers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment goals
• Previous experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
